1、在工程設計中,電纜橋架的布置應根據經濟公道性、技術可行性、運行安全性等因素綜合比較,以確定非常佳方案,還要充分滿足施工安裝、維護檢驗及電纜敷設的要求。

2、濟南電纜橋架水平敷設時距地面的高度一般不低于于2.5m,垂直敷設時距地面1.8m以下部分應加金屬蓋板保護,但敷設在電氣專用房間內時除外。電纜橋架水平敷設在設備夾層或上人馬道且低于2.5m,應采取保護接地措施。

3、濟南電纜橋架、線槽及其支吊架使用在有腐蝕性環境中,應采用耐腐蝕的剛性材料制造.或采取防腐蝕處理,防腐蝕處理方式應滿足工程環境和耐久性的要求。對耐腐蝕性能要求較高或要求潔凈的場所,宜選用鋁合金電纜橋架。
3. Jinan cable trays, cable trays, and their supports and hangers should be made of corrosion-resistant rigid materials or undergo anti-corrosion treatment when used in corrosive environments. The anti-corrosion treatment method should meet the requirements of the engineering environment and durability. For places that require high corrosion resistance or cleanliness, aluminum alloy cable trays should be selected.
4、濟南電纜橋架在有防火要求的區段內,可在電纜梯架,托盤內添加具有耐火或難燃性能的板,網等材料構成封閉或半封閉式結構,并采取在橋架及其支吊架表面涂刷防火涂層等措施。其整體耐火性能應滿足國家有關規范或標準的要求。在工程防火要求較高的場所.不宜采用鋁合金電纜橋架。
4. In sections with fire protection requirements, Jinan cable trays can be equipped with fire-resistant or flame-retardant materials such as plates and nets to form a closed or semi closed structure in cable ladders and trays. Measures such as applying fire resistant coatings on the surface of the cable tray and its supports and hangers should be taken. Its overall fire resistance performance should meet the requirements of relevant national specifications or standards. Aluminum alloy cable trays should not be used in places with high fire protection requirements in engineering.
5、需要屏蔽電磁干擾的電纜線路.或有防護外部影n向如戶外日照,油,腐蝕性液體、易燃粉塵等環境要求時.應選用無孔托盤式電纜橋架。
5. Cable lines that need to be shielded from electromagnetic interference, or when there are environmental requirements for external protection such as outdoor sunlight, oil, corrosive liquids, flammable dust, etc., non perforated tray type cable trays should be selected.
6、在輕易積聚粉塵的場所,電纜橋架應選用蓋板;在公共通道或室外跨越道路段.底層橋架上宜加墊板或使用無孔托盤。

7、不同電壓、不同用途的電纜不宜敷設在同一層電纜橋架內。
