敷設高度:電纜橋架水平敷設時,底邊距地面高度一般不宜低于2.2m至2.5m;垂直敷設時,距地面1.8m以下的部分應加金屬蓋板保護(電氣專用房間內除外)。
Laying height: When laying cable trays horizontally, the bottom edge should generally not be less than 2.2m to 2.5m above the ground; when laying vertically, the part below 1.8m above the ground should be protected with a metal cover plate (except for electrical rooms).
伸縮節設置:由于熱脹冷縮,當鋼制電纜橋架直線段長度超過30m,鋁合金或玻璃鋼制橋架超過15m時,宜設置伸縮節;跨越建筑物變形縫處,建議設置補償裝置。
Expansion joint setting: Due to thermal expansion and contraction, expansion joints should be installed when the straight section length of steel cable trays exceeds 30m or aluminum alloy or fiberglass trays exceed 15m; Compensation devices must be installed at the deformation joints of buildings.

電纜填充率:為了保證散熱和維護空間,電纜在橋架內的總截面積不應超過橋架內截面積的40%(控制電纜可放寬至50%),且宜預留10%~25%的工程發展余量。
Cable filling rate: In order to ensure heat dissipation and maintenance space, the total cross-sectional area of cables inside the cable tray should not exceed 40% of the cross-sectional area inside the tray (control cables can be relaxed to 50%), and a 10% to 25% engineering development margin should be reserved.
分層與隔離:不同電壓、不同用途的電纜(如1kV以上和以下的電纜、電力電纜與電信電纜)不宜敷設在同一層橋架內。如果受條件限制建議同層敷設,中間建議用隔板進行隔離。通常的排列順序是:弱電控制電纜在非常上層,往下依次是一般控制電纜、低壓動力電纜和高壓動力電纜。
Layering and isolation: Cables with different voltages and purposes (such as cables above and below 1kV, power cables, and telecommunications cables) should not be laid in the same layer of cable trays. If it is limited by conditions and must be laid on the same layer, a partition must be used for isolation in the middle. The usual arrangement order is: weak current control cables are on the top layer, followed by general control cables, low-voltage power cables, and high-voltage power cables.
可靠接地:金屬電纜橋架及其支架全長應不少于2處與接地保護導體(PE)可靠相連,以確保用電安全。
Reliable grounding: The entire length of metal cable trays and their supports should be reliably connected to the grounding protection conductor (PE) at no less than 2 points to ensure electrical safety.
