1、 When cable tray wiring is used in places with corrosion or special humidity, corresponding protective measures shall be taken according to different corrosive media, and plastic sheathed cables shall be selected.

二、電纜橋架不宜安裝在腐蝕性氣體管道和熱力管道的上方及腐蝕性液體管道的下方，否則應采取防腐、隔熱措施。

2、 The cable tray shall not be installed above the corrosive gas pipeline and heat pipeline and below the corrosive liquid pipeline, otherwise anti-corrosion and heat insulation measures shall be taken.

三、電纜橋架在穿過防火墻及防火樓板時，應采取防火隔離措施。

3、 When the cable tray passes through the firewall and fire floor, fire isolation measures shall be taken.

四、在室內采用電纜橋架布線時，其電纜不應有黃麻或其他易延燃材料外護層。

4、 When indoor cable tray wiring is adopted, the cable shall not have jute or other combustible material outer sheath.

五、電纜橋架內的電纜應在首端、尾端、轉彎及每隔50m處，沒有編號、型號及起、止點等標記。

5、 The cables in the cable tray shall be at the head end, tail end, turn and every 50m without number, model, start and end points, etc.

六、電纜橋架內的電纜應在下列部位進行固定。垂直敷設時，電纜的上端及每隔1.50～2m處。水平敷設時，電纜的首、尾兩端、轉彎及每隔5～10m處。

6、 The cables in the cable tray shall be fixed at the following parts. When laying vertically, the upper end of the cable and every 1.50 ~ 2m. When laying horizontally, the cable shall be laid at the head and tail ends, turns and every 5 ~ 10m.

七、電纜橋架與各種管道平行或交叉時，其小凈距應符合表DQ4-1的規定。

7、 When the cable tray is parallel or crossed with various pipelines, the minimum clear distance shall comply with the provisions of table dq4-1.

八、電纜橋架水平安裝時，宜按荷載曲線選取佳跨距進行支撐，跨距一般為1.5～3m。垂直敷設時，其固定點間距不宜大于2m。

8、 When the cable tray is installed horizontally, the best span should be selected for support according to the load curve, and the span is generally 1.5 ~ 3M. When laying vertically, the distance between fixed points shall not be greater than 2m.

九、電纜橋架（托盤）水平安裝時的距地高度一般不宜低于2.50m，垂直安裝時距地1.80m以下部分應加金屬蓋板保護，但敷設在電氣專用房間（如配電室，電氣豎井、技術層等）內時除外。

9、 The height from the ground of cable tray (tray) during horizontal installation shall not be less than 2.50M, and the part below 1.80m from the ground during vertical installation shall be protected by metal cover plate, except when it is laid in special electrical rooms (such as distribution room, electrical shaft, technical floor, etc.).

十、幾組電纜橋架在同一高度平行安裝時，各相鄰電纜橋架間應考慮維護、檢修距離。

10、 When several groups of cable trays are installed in parallel at the same height, the maintenance and overhaul distance between adjacent cable trays shall be considered.

十一、在電纜橋架上可以無間距敷設電纜，電纜在橋架內橫斷面的填充率：電力電纜不應大于40％；控制電纜不應大于50％。

11、 The cable can be laid on the cable tray without interval. The filling rate of the cross section of the cable in the cable tray: the power cable shall not be greater than 40%; The control cable shall not be greater than 50%.

十二、下列不同電壓，不同用途的電纜，不宜敷設在同一層橋架上：

12、 The following cables with different voltages and different purposes should not be laid on the same bridge layer:

1）應急照明和其他照明的電纜。

1) Cables for emergency lighting and other lighting.

2）lkV以上和1kV以下的電纜。

2) Cables above lkv and below 1KV.

3）同一路徑向一級負荷供電的雙路電源電纜。

3) Dual power cables that supply power to the primary load in the same path.

4）強電和弱電電纜。如受條件限制需安裝在同一層橋架上時，應用隔板隔開。

4) Strong and weak current cables. If it is required to be installed on the bridge on the same floor due to limited conditions, it shall be separated by partitions.
